The symposium will be held in English and Turkish in Izmir Democracy University main campus, Izmir. In general, presentations will be realized face-to-face, but it will be possible to make online presentations (by Microsoft Teams) for participants from outside the city.

Student sessions will be open to papers generated in the context of MSc and PhD thesis\/studies. Student sessions will be also open to BSc students who have studies supported by TUBITAK 2209-A and 2209-B programs.

Student sessions is limited with 40 papers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register for the symposium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Early registration 600 TL, Late registration 650TL (includes one paper).
Second Paper:
Early registration 350TL, Late registration 400TL.
