REGISTRATION

The symposium will be held in English and Turkish in Izmir Democracy University main campus, Izmir. In general, presentations will be realized face-to-face, but it will be possible to make online presentations (by Microsoft Teams) for participants from outside the city.

Student sessions will be open to papers generated in the context of MSc and PhD thesis/studies. Student sessions will be also open to BSc students who have studies supported by TUBITAK 2209-A and 2209-B programs.
 
Student sessions is limited with 40 papers.


At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register for the symposium.

Registration fees are listed below:

Ordinary session participants:
Early registration 600 TL, Late registration 650TL (includes one paper).
Second Paper:
Early registration 350TL, Late registration 400TL.
International Registration $50

Student session participants:
In case all the authors of the papers are students, the registration fee:

Early registration 350TL, Late registration 400TL.
Second Paper: Early registration 250 TL, Late registration: 300 TL.

Note: Please don’t forget to register in the system and upload your payment receipt by clicking the registration button below.

Registration fee includes: Presentation of papers, online publication of symposium abstract and full text books, certificate of presentation, access to all sessions of symposium, coffee breaks, lunches*, other symposium tools (pen, notebook, symposium program).

(*) Only one – and registered – participant can have lunch for each participation fee. Each additional participant must pay separately for lunch.
